It is definitely open now
It is still closed but last time I passed by it looked like it was renovated. So maybe it will be open soon.
They should be opened by now. But if you really want to eat Naruto ramen they have another restaurant owned by the same people in the other side of Manhattan
it was closed for a couple of days due to a gas leak. not sure if it reopened or if they fixed the leak.
