That is a good question and one that restaurants never 'can' answer. It is likely they may have both kinds, wild and farmed. FYI, they serve very very few wild caught fish or moluscs.

I believe mostly farmed and some wild caught oysters. Size of hard shell clams depends on what kind but usually right around 1 inch.
Indeed its not specified if the oysters are wild caught. Selection is decent but there are better places out there
I can't answer your question in detail, however they have a wide selection of the oysters from both the east coast and the West Coast.
