Yes we do change the oil and we take pride in what we serve we use fresh everything and cook everything to order no pre made like some places if ever you have a problem you let me know

I've been going to Grandpa's Burger Haven since it was Jim's Burger Haven and I have always been treated with the utmost respect from every employee that I can remember and as for what you may have perceived as them being rude and hanging up, maybe it was because of the way you came across on the phone. Maybe you started out by being rude which in turn will cause others to be rude in return. KINDNESS BEGETS KINDNESS or TREAT OTHERS AS YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED Those words will get you further in life than you believe.
As far as I know they change it maybe you got the ass end of the oil before it was changed. I've been there quite a few times and sometimes my fried food is soft sometimes its crispy just depends on the day and how busy it is

Patricia Gutierrez, there is half truth to it. My wife called the first time and the staff hung up on her so she called the second time and asked for the manager and the name. The person who answered the phone, claimed to be “the manager“, when my wife provided her information and then asked for her name, the staff refused to give her name. This isn’t the CIA office so it is perceived as rude, unprofessional, and unhappy staff. My wife is very nice, but the staff wasn’t nice to her.
