They have a service dog only policy. That being said, I've seen more than my share of fancy women carrying their pampered pups in leopard print carriers and good luck telling her she can't have her dog in there..
I would imagine if your dog is a service animal.
I've seen small dogs there but no big dogs usually only service animals
