Can I sue if I signed papers stating I wanted no vaccines for my newborn and the nurse in training gave it anyway? It was even stated on the board along with other requests I had made and in writing with my OBGYN.

no, you cannot sue anybody. some certain vaccines are required for your kid to go to school in the future. and it is actually best to give your baby all the vaccines that it is actually required to receive. like are you ignorant or something? where you scared to death that your baby would catch Autism or something? the theory that vaccines can lead to that is actually false. there is actually no link to that.

Many vaccines are required by law to give in order for your newborn to attend any public schools, private schools etc. You should be thankful that your newborn got vaccines since it can save your newborns life form deadly diseases.
