Is this office still opened? I called during business hours and a recording said to call back during business hours?

I went to the location and it is not open! So the phones are messed up and locations are saying they are open and it’s not

Again 7 months later website says open (1st Saturday) no answer goes in an endless loop when select to speak with someone. And the 1-800-230-PLAN and entertaining zip sends you back to the same initial loop. Fix this!
