So no associates work at register but no one answering customer service either. Really. This store needs to re-think how its ran. At least a manager should be onboard somewhere answering calls or helping instead of hiding in a office somewhere.

Right..I understand I had the one in Canal Do the same thing

Yesterday there were only 2 cashiers working and the all the self checkouts on the east side of the Canal Winchester store were closed. They don't have anything that I can't get at another store so they should re-think how they run the store. 8/20/21
