Hi Martha there is a waiting list and pets are allowed one small one it's government-subsidized that goes by your income for rent it's a one bedroom I like my apartment there's plenty of room for one person. Not a lot of storage in it however you do get a small storage area. If you have any questions just let me know I'll try to answer them. Have a good evening. You have to be at least 62 years of age to live here
