Not difficult at all. Gluten free bun options as well as lettuce wrap or going bunless which is a very popular option believe it or not. Either way, it is hard to compete with the fresh quality ingredients and the fact that the kitchen staff hold alot of pride in their work.

Most items are served on rolls or pita bread but many of them have the option of a bed of lettuce, I'm pretty sure they would do that for a hot dog to upon request. The gyro meat isn't gluten-free but the chicken and the hot dogs in the Polish sausage are to the best of my knowledge.

All the dogs are served on a poppy seed bun. I don't know if the buns they use are gluten free or not. Maybe call and see if they are or if they can get them for you.
