Why is it that the ice cream machine is always broken and also why is it that almost every time I place a order it's next to never right? I'm starting to believe that they make orders wrong on purpose so they can be known as the worse restaurant ever

Yeah the icecream machine seems to be out of order every time i want some icecream i think it's because they too lazy to clean it
