Don't do it, save yourself the aggravation. This company only cares about the quantitative not quality of staff. They're Account Managers are bullies, they are in the habit of degrading and exploiting their employees. Because of fear of losing an account they alow clients to dictate how you as a person should and will act. If you're at a site that has a union and you get into a jam, THEY WON'T HELP. get into a jam representation and you get into a jam, the union will not help.
