Not sure if it is allowed or not in Iowa - Has anyone parked overnight to sleep at a rest stop in Iowa (inside a car)?

This rest area states you may stay there for a maximum of 24 hours.

I used to work at a res t. arera and yes they you can stat 24 hours at a rest area before asked to leave

Idk? I can't see why not...? I'm in a semi so I'm always sleeping at rest stops. I don't pay much attention to cars or how long they stay.
