Why are the security so lazy and rude?! Regardless, I have a visible pass that is valid and the guard is looking at their phone, once they see me entering the elevator, they restrict me and laugh.

And then they complain why we look at them like are you working or best doing your job? bcus i have love ones here.

They are paid little to put up with loud/rude/ignorant people everyday all day. I'll bet observing you in your job I'd say your lazy. I'd like to see this elevator issue investigate. I have run large security operation and see this place is sloppy. I'd turn it around in 4 months.
