How can I change my son's date of birth on his online application? I don't see and option and the wrong date was entered.

i got exactly the same thing . they never pick up the phone, leave a message on Tweeter, they said to leave a direct text message,i did twice I still do not answer, I still can not change the date of birth. any help?

You will need to contact the agency your son selected to work with and let them know. They know exactly what to do next.

I don't think that you can.... may have to call for assistance.....
