I am bringing my 94 yr old mother... I was told if I came at 1:00 for tomorrows matinee they would let us right in... is that correct... there's no way she could navigate her walker on the regular line

Mostly everyone has answered with what I would have said. I would suggest to get there 30 minutes early and let the box office know that your mom cannot stand for extended periods of time. It gets pretty crowded and seats are assigned so I don't think it would be an issue with allowing her to seat early.

The theatre doesn't open until 30 minutes before curtain. However I'm certain the ushers will pop you to the head of the line. Just beware that there will be many people queued up outside the theatre by that time.
