The fact is 30% of the people in there know how to make them it is mismanaged by the owner she doesn't bother training her staff you paid 5 or $6 and you get a half a cup of ice and when you complain the little girls DNC it with her hands on her hips and goes oh well should have brought it back that day then I could have helped you same problem that I've had for 2 years they said they love feedback I left a note for the owner never heard a word obviously she don't care and as far as should be probably a review you're right but I figured this way I might get a response from the owner on why she runs the shop with half the people on their staff not knowing what they doing obviously that feedback system doesn't work with a little girl that took the note saying she'll call you tomorrow didn't want to find out her rudeness was going to cost her her job only probably never got the number

it depends who makes it, ive had good and bad ones, just like any place
