I wouldn't take a chance with overnight parking....
I have to park my rig there overnight and have never been bothered by nobody on several different occasions on several different plazas on the turnpike including Turkey Lake. Some of them have spots where you can leave your trailer

I used to drive a semi and I don't believe you can. However as the gentleman said contact a State Trooper to ask.

We stayed all weekend there they are lots of trucks park there they one man left his truck there while we were there it did not get towed
That would be a negative my friend. The signs say no parking overnight.
I have stayed there over night with my truck but they do not allow parking like that and the tow bill is expensive
