There are definitely high chairs. When not in use, they are usually under the TV. :)
Never saw high chairs either
.o high chsirs, but super kiddo friendly. Babies, toddlers, and ki.dergartens seem always there and make a really nice addition to the graybeards, students, cognoscenti, and locals.
I have seen young children, don't exactly remember the high chair
Do not remember seeing any.
