4 Winds is $300 and $3,000 a year for bot electric and water if you have a place in here. A lot are trying to sell their place in here so nows the time you can get a really good deal on some property and possibly a place in here. Don't talk to people in here that you don't know very well. There's some cool people in here but some weirdos too. The staff at the gate and restaurant would also be Happy to answer any other questions. They are really cool down to earth people. Just remember- This is a place to have fun but not to get drunk and start trouble. This is a relaxing golf atmosphere where there's a pool, a restaurant, fishing, boat ramp, picnic, etc.

In fact the whole course was basically unplayable. We were blessed to take over the course in October of 2018 and have been working our tails off to restore the course to excellent playing conditions. We are almost there. Stop in and give us a try! I don't know if they fix the course but I played there last year it was only twenty bucks the greens were in bad shape then I don't know if they have improved hope this helps
