How much experience do you need for employment with Colorado Security as an unarmed security guard?

Not much just playing close attention to your surroundings and what's going on and you should be fine close attention to detail

Not very much. To be honest there's no specific experience when doing security. However, you do have to posess the willingness to learn, able to pay close attention to detail(especially when doing observations). You also must be willing to learn how to operate communication devices such as walkie talkies etc deoending on the site. Most importantly, your hardwork and accuracy when writing reports will not go unnoticed. You will move up quickly in the company. Whomever the account Manager is...Make sure you communicate thoroughly with he/she. This will make your job much easier especially when working retail. You want everyone involved to be on the same accord as a part of loss prevention.
