They unlocked it as 2 other cars were driving away. I thought it opened at 10, the annoying part was the employees arguing behind the counter, never fails. Almost no-one ever ACTS like they're happy to have a job... time to move onto a different joint...too unprofessional.
They are supposed to open every day at 10:30am, but apparently that wasn't the case today. Hope you didn't have to wait too long.
