I was told by Dr. Childs that Ministers and/or Elders we’re supposed to guide Ministers-in-training. I find that the bigger a Church is, the less apt a M.I.T. is to receive that guidance. Is this a reason to change Churches?

Yes, Bro. Banks I am referring to the ordination process (if you will). In being obedient to the calling of God in my life, I understand (via Dr. Childs), that I should be guided by a Man of God. That much I understand. The personal conflict arises, where my home Church is “too big” to cater to this need. So my question then is, is this a cause for me to change Churches?

Is this question about the ordinanation process at Be rean or elsewhere? Sounds like there may be missing parts to this question.
