No. All of our cats come from Leon County Humane Society, where the kittens they take in are spayed/neutered, dewormed, vaccinated, microchipped, and tested. Rescue is expensive and exhausting, so kittens aren't really donations, but if you need help getting them placed into rescue or into homes, we can walk you through it.
I don't believe so, but you might inquire where they might go to start going through the system. Maybe find a foster family & get them neutered.
