Looks like a great place to live and thinking about moving here from Georgia, could someone please tell me what the lot rent is for a corner lot?
We have lived here for around 5 years. And we are very comfortable here
The lot rent includes gated security; trash and recycle pick up; lawn mowing and driveway trim; heated swimming pool; exercise room; botchy and tennis court; monthly clubhouse activities including weekly scheduled bingo and games; access to paid activities such as parties, dances, holiday celebrations, travel activities including casinos trips and cruises; and community friendships.
Everything outside garbage lawn care etc
