Non resort guests are allowed. However, you can also but a band to allow you to access all the amenities of the resort even without staying there. This gives you access to all the restaurants, pools, and more the resort has to offer.

Really? We just tried to go there and were turned away at the gate. Not open to the public. They were pretty rude about it.
