I actually had to go there after not getting them to answer the phone. While I was there in the office the phone was ringing and even though there was someone right there who could have answered, he just ignored it. Definitely customer service challenged.
It has limited staff it's the new type of automated service. You drive in a computer gives you a choice of service or a reader scans you're tag if you are a member. An employee guides you on the track you wash and you vacuum your own car.
