I just left Krystal drive thru n the food is old I paid 10.28 change was 6.00 no receipt n the phone is busy. I have to be at n don't have time to take this food back. I got the the 4.00 meal, I very dissatisfied.

@suzi they dont owe her money she got back the right change. She got a 4$ meal and gave 10.28,,, 6$ is correct. But old food take it back thats nasty

Artrice Ball, without a receipt you're only option for success in turning an ugly situation around would be bringing the 90% intact meal back in the original bag. (the drink was ALL you drove away with that was safe to consume). Straight to the location and ask to speak with a manager - explain you only had 30 minutes time to clock out, drive to their store, order lunch and clock back in at work again. That would explain why you are so late bringing it back and addressing the issue. Presenting the 90% remainder of your inedible lunch highlights your integrity which speaks volumes of your character. They owe you your $3.32 that you were shorted as well as a full refund or replacement meal and a huge apology in my opinion once you return the evidence. Plus they have tons of security cameras that will back your word - and a 30 minute time frame.
