If you want real cheese they can give you Provolone. I have 5 people from Philly who would disagree with you.

It is a good replication of a Philly Cheesesteak!! The use of Amarosa rolls is great! Maybe you should go back to Philadelphia if you want an "original" Philly Cheesesteak. And the correct spelling is greasy, not greesy
