Depends on time of day and day of week. Early weekday mornings before 7 and weekends there is free parking in the adjacent public garage and at street meters. Otherwise, you must pay to park. The gym doesn't have its own lot.

Parking in the garage is petty inexpensive but you have to download the MobileNow app to pay. Also if you park in the garage before 7 make sure to park in a space with a meter, the other spaces require a permit
If you are parking in the garage, make sure to check the hours of enforcement. The enforcement is very consistent. Moco is really getting a lot of revenue from meters and fines.
Yes, and I believe the meters go to 7PM. The PCS parking requires a monthly permit, and you can park in those spots after 7PM.
