Why doesn't this store require face masks? Half of the people shopping don't comply with social distancing or masking. Your store is NOT safe.

You can't FORCE the customer to wear face masks. Currently these are GUIDELINES and even if they were law, its largely unenforceable. Wear a mask if you feel you are at risk. Companies that try are risking litigation as this may be unconstitutional.

I think the employees are customers are if they want to some people had it before or can't wear them

Probably because their employees are afraid of being attacked. Some of the general public is putting others and themselves at risk.
