You can go to 31 Green st room 207 and the customer service representatives can set your ticket on a tpay and you can pay on the 1st floor at the payment window

All you have to bring is the receipt to the paid ticket . They will then give you what's called a disposition Which takes you out the system . If you do not have your proof that the ticket was paid . Then refer to your bank statements etc.... But I suggest you go back on line look up the ticket and see if it was payable some light rail tickets are not payable which can be a reason why it's showing up as a court date. meaning you will have to appear, In front of the judge and plead your case.
