Getting multiple piercings at once is generally not a problem. You do not need to book two appointments to get two piercings however I would mention it in your booking notes and contact the piercer to extend the appointment time a bit so that there is enough dedicated time for you!
I would ask them directly. It may not be advised to get so many piercings at one time.
