You should just stop in and ask, I'm sure they would rather have them available for their paying customers though.
You can get away with using it, but they are there for the customers that are members or have purchased an exterior wash and would like to vacuum their vehicle out themselves.
Yes, you can. Right from the road you can see a couple sections that says "free vacuum" before I subscribed I used to use it and no one said anything
