To send a phone I need to Put in it a box and also put a bubble wrap envelope with 4 stamps on it in the box with my name on the envelope correct..just trying to make sure I do it right..thanks for any feedback..

Is it true that only one box is permitted? We are trying to send packages since our family member has no clothes to wear. He mis understood what color shirts and many other things. he wasn't or we we were not informed how to send pkge. Somehow the whole system is out of whack. We need to know the rules.
