Are all vendors there at the end of April or are they gone?

Some are still there they usually have just 2 rows open in summer when its hit.

Not all, but still many. Its worth it for sure.

There are 2 to 3 rows of full year around vendors. The last row usually clears out by the end of April. So a mixture of part year and full year.

Is open in twi and half road the test is close.

Some will be gone. There's usually still 3 Aisles full of vendors out of the 4 aisles available. So still plenty of shopping/browsing to do!
