I guess I dont u understand why you believe they wouldnt?
I have shopped here many times and witnessed many other patrons shopping with disabilities as well and no problems however living in Mesa Arizona as long as I have I have also witnessed the law enforcement become a bit overbearing at times when it seemed quite unwarranted. So I would advise you be aware and use caution anywhere iyou choose to do business in this city.
Why wouldn't they? I was there 10 days ago and there were a number of shoppers and visitors with disabilities and even a few with Service Dogs, unless you know something I don't.
Unfortunately these answers do not fully answer the question. I just witnessed a patron have an off duty law enforcement officer (still in his uniform though?) almost pull his firearm on said patron. This patron was holding his small child when this officer shoved him two sperate times. Then this officer reached for his firearm!?!?! The first time this ofc shoved patron and child he SHOVED THE CHILD forcing the adult holding child back several steps!! I would be VERY cautious if you choose to shop this establishment.
As far as I could tell, yes. I was with my mother and aunt, both using walkers. We had no problems.
Like most places yes, the laws do apply and harassment is not tolerated there.
