All rental car companies stay open until the last flight gets in, just add your flight number to your reservation and you will get a car. Set your time for the latest that it will allow.

You can't get it if budget is closed.i went through it this past summer i ended up having to take a uber from Sanford airport to Orlando international airport because they are open 24 /7 there to get the rental car
