How do you come up with the Listing Price of Homes?

There is a lot that goes into pricing a home to sell it. This takes a lot of experience and a lot of training. That is why it takes years to become an certified appraiser. Unfortunately, when I go to a listing appointment the sellers are frustrated because realtors are all over the board or just asking the seller what they want to sell their home for. Most realtors do not have the knowledge or the know how to come up with exact figures on a home’s value. There is no formula or computerized algorithm for this. This is a skill set that takes many years to accomplish.
