I have an iphone X and I cannot swipe up and half of my numbers for touch screen aren't working. Is this something worth fixing?

I agree. Probably need a new screen, but I am not a tech. TC Mall has a place outside the food court called "iFix and Repair". They did a great repair on my phone.
