Yes but not on the beach
Not directly on the beach, but there is a cove that you can go down to. Inside this cove they can swim around.
No dogs allowed on beach. They are allowed at park and in the water just not on the beach area. But I've seen people let their dogs swim at the beach area and no one has said anything. Honestly i don't care because our fur babies are our children too.
