If it is in regards to how our communities operate it varies depending on the community and what is in the guidelines of the community. You can see your community manager and they should be able to help you and give you a definition of yard maintenance in that community.
In what way are you looking for an answer? Employment or Resident? Employment would be a definition of job description through HR. Resident will depend on property you live in because each property will have a different set of rules or definition.
