Is there a waiting list and if so how long. Do they have one or two bathroom and is there a shower stall or is it a shower tub combination Would like two bedrooms

Currently, there is a waiting list, but availability is no very long. There one & two bedrooms. Not aware of two bathrooms. There are some varied bathroom accommodations.

We do generally operate off of a waiting list and encourage future residents to call the office for more information. We would be glad to send you a wait list form and give you more information about our wonderful senior apartment community.
