Do you always have poor service when trying to get a drink? I know I do. Been here for at least 10 minutes and not one person has come to take an order.

Disorganized and poorly managed

I never use the concession in any movie theatre.

Must be an off night for them. The past three times I've gone (and ordered alcohol) it was quick and courteous. Then again, if no one was behind the counter, I made sure to ask to get someone who could help us and they responded promptly. Sorry you didn't have a similar experience.
