You can still make a purchase if you have lost/don't have your Kohls card. If you go to the store, they will ask you to provide your id and then you put your SS# into the keypad to complete your purchase. However, if your card is lost I recommend calling customer service to cancel the card and send a replacement by mail which usually arrives within 7- 10 days.
Yes call to help line and they replace your card
