They don't prioritize answering the phone. Thats not a job title. Somebody might answer if their near it when it rings. But more often not.
They have a store phone, but not sure why as they never answer it. I would suggest going in to the customer service desk to get your questions answered.

Depends on the time of day you call..normaly whoever is working in the dressing room area answers the phone
Far as i know, no one answers the phone. I had called 4 days in a row to order a cake no one has answered. Best luck is to just go into the store.
