It may have been a case of being very busy. The week before a holiday, the store is often "standing room only", with customers being directed to lines depending on what they need. I hope you give them another chance.
Agreed they are extremely busy this time of year.
I was in the store last week and it was packed. The staff was working hard and there was still a long wait. It's worth it.
