Same thing happened to me . I ordered a hammock and stand and got a standing computer desk..Nowhere near what I ordered . However, if you contact where you actually ordered the product from they can help you more. I actually got stuck. The site "couldn't print me return label " Then no answer . So I have a lovely computer desk and I reordered my hammock.. Sorry that all I have , unless you want to visit the warehouse and see HR. Good luck
