Wishing HD would have a store map online. This way I don't have to walk miles to locate an item or associate which both are hard to find. Very hard to get a cart down the isles also. Why are they packed to tight?

I've been to this HD many times. As soon as you walk in there are associates who can assist you. Never had a problem maneuvering carts down the aisle. As for a store map, soon enough. But you can go online to look up the item you want in store and it will tell you what aisle and bay to find it in.
