If you go as soon as they open, there's someone at the entrance who will give you information to set an appointment. If there's openings you will be able schedule an appointment for the same day.
No you have to make an appointment, but sometimes if you go 1st thing in the morning when they open some might not show up for their appointment then you can got in otherwise it's by appointment only
