If you can't renew online, I would recommend bring your SS card, birth certificate, insurance, rental agreement or mortgage paperwork, mail within the past 14 days. If you have any tickets within 7 years there a dps training website called IMPACT. It's an hour long course, take that just in case. If you're older than 25 pick the 18-25 category. I'm not even joking, they will find anything not to renew your ID. Best just to have everything. And make an appointment.
